(1) Handle design review and supervision tasks, following FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
(2) Assist in preparing Bidding Documents and evaluating contractors during the preparation stage.
(3) Oversee construction activities, monitor progress, and propose solutions during the supervision stage.
(4) Focus on early identification, mitigation, and prevention of technical issues.
(5) Identify issues that could lead to claims and increased costs, especially in civil works contracts.
(6) Prioritize claim/dispute resolution, price escalation, and delay prevention.
(7) Prepare and submit variation orders for approval.
(8) Provide advisory support for potential or actual claims.
(9) Assist in preparing monthly reports and other required documents.
(10) Lead official meetings during construction supervision.
Manage all technical issues within the scope defined in the Terms of Reference for Consulting Services.
