The Contract Specialist will provide support in the preparation of Bidding Documents and evaluation of Contractors' proposals for construction work.
Throughout the contract implementation, the Contract Specialist will:
(1) Assist the employer in evaluating contractors for works.
Evaluate variations and ensure their proper format.
Assist in assessing contractor and employer claims as per the Contract.
(2) Assess contract amendments to particular conditions or other contract documents (if needed).
(3) Monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations by the Contractor and recommend issuing proper and timely notices or other actions as per the Contract.
(4) Assist the Team Leader in making determinations from a contractual point of view.
