FCA is seeking a Regional Programme Manager for its Network Asia Team based in Thailand. The Regional Program Manager oversees, develops and manages Network’s program, fundraising efforts, operations and partnerships in Asia. The person acts also as a supervisor for staff working for the Network Asia team in FCA Thailand office.
The regional program of the Network in Asia follows the 2020-2025 strategy of the Network and is collaboratively designed together with Network Asia Working Group. It includes projects and activities such as coordination of the Asia Working Group and country focused strategic workshops, capacity building and small grant support to peacemakers across Asia, research/analysis, communications and advocacy efforts across the region.
The Regional Program Manager demonstrates advanced knowledge, understanding and capacities to work on peacebuilding in South and Southeast Asia and experience in fundraising and funding proposal development, including understanding of forming consortium projects and working with institutional donors.
The Regional Program Manager ensures that the relevant legal, donor and internal requirements related to the projects and activities of the Program are met and coordinates relations and activities of the partners and stakeholders.

The fixed-term contract for this position will be made for one year with six months’ probation period, starting 1st of January 2024 or as soon as possible. The position is based in Bangkok. The compensation is based on FCA salary scale and the candidate’s level of experience.
