We are currently working on a project funded by the European Investment Bank (EIB) to support the activities of the IF PDA LSC-2022 - Technical Assistance related to hydrogen, methanol, waste and heat pumps projects.

Key Expert 5: Waste gasification and valorisation expert (Energy) – Category I

Qualification and skills: At least a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional qualification) preferably engineering, science, chemistry or economics – Minimum requirement

• General professional experience

At least 15 years of relevant experience in industrial and/ or energy sector – Minimum requirement.

• Specific professional experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience in waste to energy sector – Minimum requirement.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in design of waste gasification – Minimum requirement

Experience with plants producing e-methanol from waste will constitute an asset.

Experience with plants gasifying municipal waste will constitute an asset.

Experience in CAPEX evaluation of manufacturing plants will constitute an asset

Experience in conducting analysis of waste valorisation and/or gasification markets will constitute an asset

•          Language: Fluent in English (CEFR C1) – Minimum requirement
