Ocean Energy Expert

Project: Technical Assistance related to Low Carbon Technologies, Wind & Ocean Renewables, Hydrogen Projects

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional qualification) preferably economics, engineering, science, or business administration – Minimum requirement 

General Professional Experience:

• At least 15 years of professional experience in the ocean energy sector Minimum requirement

Specific Professional Experience:

• At least 5 year of relevant experience in scale-up and demonstration projects in ocean sector - Minimum requirement
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in stress simulations of blade, tower, and structure design - Minimum requirement 
• Experience in intra-array and export cable design will constitute an asset
• Experience in mooring of floating energy converter will constitute an asset

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English (CEFR C1) – Minimum requirement
