Manufacturing Plant Expert (Scaling Up Manufacturing Production)

Project: Technical Assistance related to Low Carbon Technologies, Wind & Ocean Renewables, Hydrogen Projects

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional qualification) preferably economics, engineering, science, or business administration – Minimum requirement 

General Professional Experience:

• At least 15 years of professional experience in plant construction service and/or manufacturing plant sector - Minimum requirement 

Specific Professional Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in scaling up manufacturing production - Minimum requirement 
• At least 5 year of relevant experience in feasibility and due diligence of industrial projects - Minimum requirement 
• At leat 2 years of experience in CAPEX review
• Experience with manufacturing plant producing stirling engines or heat pumps will constitute an advantage 

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English (CEFR C1) – Minimum requirement
