Key Expert 1: Social Sector Expert/Team Leader - BiH Social Work

Overall objective
The overall objective of the project, of which this contract will be a part, is to ensure access to reliable, Social Services for all citizens in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Qualifications and skills
• University degree in the field of Economics, Social Sciences or other relevant discipline. In absence of the university degree, the expert must have at least 5 (five) years of professional experience in addition to the experience required under the general professional experience, and the additional experience must be in the same field as required under the general professional experience.
General professional experience
• Minimum of 10 (ten) years of professional experience in the socio economic domain including social protection sector.
• Work experience in capacity building of Public Administration at central and local level.
Specific professional experience
• Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in the management and implementation of projects in reforming social assistance services, and/or financing of the social assistance services, and/or delivery of social assistance services;
• Experience in at least 1 (one) project in the social protection/social assistance of vulnerable groups.
• Experience in implementation of the projects in the area of social protection in BiH, both entities and BD would be considered as advantage.
