French speaking Evaluator in Food Security / School Feeding Programs

North South Consultants Exchange (NSCE) is looking for an International Senior Evaluator / Team Leader for the evaluation of a school feeding program in West Africa.

Requirements:

·       Minimum of 12 years of experience in evaluation in the development and humanitarian sector

·       Prior work experience in West Africa

·       Willingness to travel

·       Experience evaluating food security programs

·       Experience evaluating school feeding programs, including Home-Grown School Feeding

·       Experience in assessing literary skills, resilience and support of women organisations and small holder farmers is a plus

·       Knowledge of gender, equity, and wider inclusion issues

·       Familiarity with the operating structures of UN agencies

·       Oral and written fluency in English and French (deliverables will be in French)
