French speaking Evaluator/Team Leader in Resilience in Mali (remote option)

North South Consultants Exchange (NSCE) is looking for an International Senior Evaluator / Team Leader for the evaluation of a resilience program in Mali. This assignment can either be conducted partly in-country or fully remote after discussing the options with NSCE.

Requirements:

·       Relevant master’s degree

·       Minimum of 15 years of experience in evaluation in the development and humanitarian sector

·       Prior work experience and good knowledge of the context in Mali and/or the Sahel

·       Experience evaluating programs in the areas of resilience, food security and livelihood

·       Knowledge of gender, equity, and wider inclusion issues

·       Team Leader experience

·       Good knowledge of evaluation methodology

·       Familiarity with the operating structures of UN agencies

·       Oral and written fluency in English and French

·       Excellent report-writing skills in French
