Framework Contract Manager

Skills and Qualifications

• A university degree in a relevant field (including international development, languages, programme/project management, business administration, economics)

• Fluency in English and French (written and verbal) is required.

• Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset

• At least 2 years of experience in bid management OR recruitment management OR project management

• Knowledge of the EU policy for external aid

• Experience with EuropeAid tenders/projects will be an asset

• Experience with Framework Contracts Management

FWC Project Manager will be responsible for

• Handling of incoming requests for services, identifying experts and drafting proposals for FWC assignments;

• Mobilization and planning of resources and experts for the implementation of FWC assignments;

• Contractual and financial management of individual FWC assignments;

• Monitoring of services rendered and experts’ performance evaluation;

• Quality control of project deliverables;

• Coordination with consortium members.
