Experts for Improvements of a Prototype Scoring Model for Automated MSME Lending

The objective of the assignment is to provide continuous support to FCA in the development of an automated lending model for MSME and to provide advisory and backstopping throughout the mutually agreed roadmap of the scoring model improvement and testing. The final scoring model shall be in line with the risk policy of FCA. This should raise the efficiency of MSME lending procedure and reduce the duration of assessment of creditworthiness of the clients and loan decision-making process.

Support FCA through 2 experts:

• Provide expertise and advisory to FCA on the further development, testing and necessary adjustments to the developed scoring model for automated MSME client loan decision-making processes; online (7 days)
• On-site visit to Armenia to work together with DSIK country team and FCA to adjust and improve the scoring model prototype that was developed in the previous assignment. This will include pilot-testing the scoring model prototype in a selected FCA branch to collect information on necessary adjustments and improvements; offline (7 days)
