Land Registration Specialist with Working Experience in Africa and Experience in Land Administration Projects

AAM Consulting is currently looking for a Land Registration Specialist with working experience in Africa in this role and experience in land administration and management projects for the WB funded project “Coordination of the Recording and Registration of Land Tenure Rights” in Sierra Leone. The project is now at the bidding phase and we are looking for a Land Registration Specialist for 4 years full-time position who can possess all qualifications and skills required for the position.

Duration: 4 years full-time position

Location: Sierra Leone

Working Languages: English

Qualifications and skills required

Key expert 2: Land Registration Specialist

• at least 10 years’ experience in the role of a land lawyer or land registrar in a land registration office or an equivalent showing that the specialist has a full and complete understanding of land law and land registration programs
• graduated in law or a suitable subject with land law components
• worked in at least 3 countries (at least one in Africa) in this role and
• have been involved in land administration and management projects, including experience with dealing with enquiries regarding legal land rights, land disputes and dispute resolution mechanisms
