Local Campaign Manager (Nationals only)

NTU is currently implementing the FWC contract: EIB communication outside EU. The overall objective of this contract is to increase measurably the knowledge and understanding of people in Angola of the support of the European Union and the European Investment Bank through the abovementioned project, and as to the project’s positive impact. The purposes of this Assignment contract are to implement communication activities in Angola, to ensure efficient coordination between all relevant parties (EIB, EUD, government ministries, UNDP, WHO, UNICEF) on communication issues.

Requested profile: Local Campaign Manager (nationals only)

☝️ Qualifications and skills:

• University degree in journalism, communication, social science or an academic equivalent,

☝️ Professional experience:

• 8 years of professional experience in communication services, including 5 years in Angola.
• 4 years of experience in developing and implementing communication campaigns, including production or quality control of video, audio, printed materials (media and multimedia products) and events,
• Experience in the delivery of communication services for international organisations (EU, UN, IFIs) or public institutions in Angola.

☝️ Other skills:

• Fluency in English and Portuguese, including the ability for clear and concise oral and written expression.
