Industrial wastewater management specialist / deputy team leader

We are looking for an industrial wastewater management specialist with working experience in Zambia for a bid we are submitting. He/She should fit the profile below;

• Education: University degree (MSc level) in civil and /or water and wastewater management and/or environmental engineering or environmental management
•  Language: Knowledge of English, Knowledge of Nyanja, Knowledge of Bemba
• General Professional Experience: 8 years of professional experience in wastewater management , including 4 years related to industrial 
  wastewater management
• Specific professional experience: 2  years of professional experience in mapping of industries, development of TE regulations and standards and 2 years of professional experience in TE sampling, reporting on effluent discharge parameters, AQA topics and 
  monitoring of wastewater quality
• Leadership/management experience:  3 years of project management experience including leadership function for personnel
• Professional experience in the country/ region of assignment:  8 years of professional experience in Zambia including 2 assignments in Eastern and/or Southern  Africa other than Zambia
•  Experience in the field of development cooperation: 3 years of experience in development cooperation projects
