Job Description
So, what are the main duties of a Legal Expert in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As Legal expert in the Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers (DG JUST) of the European Commission you will be involved in tasks like:
- provide consultation for matters relevant to your field of expertise
- review documents and provide proposals
- participate in webinars upon request
- apply relevant knowledge to various cases especially related to collective redress and suggest legal solutions
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelors degree in law or similar field
- At least 7 years of experience in a relevant legal position - Masters degree or certificates will be considered an asset
- Experience in collective redress (relevant publications, academic experience, participation in specific collective redress litigation or in EU funded programs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Solid ability to work individually as well as in a team, also presenting project management skills
- Results orientation and self-motivation
