Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Resident Engineer (CRE) to lead the construction and management of a significant hydropower project. This role is ideal for professionals with a robust background in large-scale infrastructure projects and a passion for renewable energy development.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university. A Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field is highly preferred.
• Professional Certification: A professional engineering license or equivalent certification is an advantage, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high standards of professional practice.
• Experience:
  • At least 15 years of comprehensive construction experience, particularly in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • A minimum of 3 years serving as a Chief Resident Engineer on hydropower projects with a generation capacity of more than 500 MW.
  • Demonstrated expertise in civil engineering principles, project management, and construction supervision. Experience with advanced construction technologies and methods is highly desirable.
