Training expert in Large Infrastructure Investments: Solid Waste Management Webinar Series

The objective of this assignment is to hire a specialized / qualified expert to provide training on the preparation and implementation of large infrastructure investments and to provide European Commission staff, in Brussels and delegations, with: 

 Practical knowledge for project identification and approaches for the development of large infrastructure investments (such as landfills, transfer stations and waste treatment plants) and its effective implementation and operation.

An understanding of legal, institutional, financial and technical as well as environmental and social frameworks and requirements, opportunities, and risks of these large investment projects in cities, especially in Sub-Saharan Africa.
