Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer to optimize and maintain the wireless network in Guyana. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering network quality solutions, ensuring optimal performance, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Network Optimization: Implement and manage wireless network optimization strategies to enhance coverage, capacity, and user experience. Analyze network performance data to identify and resolve issues, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Project Delivery: Lead and execute network optimization projects, developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing technical guidance to promote product and service adoption.
• Solution Development: Develop innovative wireless network solutions tailored to specific customer requirements and market conditions.
• Performance Assurance: Implement and maintain network performance monitoring systems to ensure optimal network performance during critical events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in wireless network engineering and optimization.
• Proven expertise in wireless network planning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve network issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with network optimization tools and software.
• Certification in wireless network technologies (e.g., Huawei).
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale network optimization projects.
