Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Highway Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of total experience in Roads / Highways sector.
• Experience in South-East Europe / South Asia / Africa would be preferred.
• Must have rich experience in handling EBRD / EIB / World Bank / ADB / AfDB funded projects.
• Well conversant with Contract Management including FIDIC contracts and latest editions of Red Book, Yellow Book, Gold Book.
