EQUINOCCIO is looking for a pool of EU policy experts for the project “Global Gateway Business Advisory Group Facility" within the fields of public procurement, private sector development, public procurement expert, norms and standards, infrastructure Finance expert, digitalisation, communication, climate change, energy and health

Duration of contract: 24 months

Indicative start date: 13/01/2025

Posting: Brussels and home based

Position: part time

General description: The global objective is to support the work and implement the recommendations of the GG Business Advisory Group (BAG) and selected priority GG investment projects.

General professional experience of the team: At least 8 years of experience in managing EU programmes. Experience in EU external policies, knowledge of Global Gateway.

Specific professional experience of the team: At least 8 years of experience in project financing/investment mobilisation with public and private financial institutions and the private sector/private sector engagement and mobilisation (including matchmaking)/design of project packages/public procurement (EU and international) ; norms and standards (EU and international)/value chain analysis (EU and international)/economic analysis and data gathering.

Language skills of the team: Fluency in English, French and Spanish
