Structure Engineer - Dams

JFA Group, a leader in international architectural, engineering, management, and EPC services, is participating in engineering Design assignment for the construction of a hydropower dam in the Balkans region. Thus, we are seeking highly qualified and motivated professionals to join our dynamic team for this mission.

The contract/assignment period is estimated to be 16 months and possibly to be extended.      

Please consult below for more information about the required candidate profile: 

• Position: Expert for hydrotechnical structures - structure engineer 
• Mandatory Requirements: 
  • Master's Degree in structural engineering or equivalent is a MUST.
  • minimum 10 years of work experience after graduation
  • Proven experience in the structural design of dams with relevant structures. 
  • Participation as a structure engineer in at least 2 dam design projects with the relevant structures, which include Detailed Design (new construction and/or rehabilitation)
• The candidate is expected to conduct some visits and meetings at the project location. The main work can be conducted Home-based or from JFA HQ.
