DAI is seeking expressions of interest to form a consultant roster for the task:

Electoral Reform – Sierra Leone

Project title: Technical assistance in support of the governance sector in Sierra Leone in the areas of civil service reform, Parliament and the electoral cycle.

DAI is currently supporting internal administrative reform and capacity building of electoral administration bodies in Sierra Leone, and the reform of the Constitution, Public Elections Act, Political Parties Act, Regulations, and other key laws and acts to reflect the June 2024 Cross-Party Committee on Electoral Reform report findings and recommendations as well as 2023 EU EOM recommendations.

The services of consultants will be contracted through the Short-Term Expert facility of the DAI EU-funded Governance Programme. Shortlisted consultants accepted on the roster may be tasked for research, analysis, or law drafting or similar services. These assignments may be in person (Sierra Leone) or remote. Being accepted to the roster is no guarantee of assignments.

Consultants should be highly experienced in electoral reform and specifically well-versed in the following Priority Lots:
