Bachelor’s degree in civil/Transportation/Electrical engineering or in relevant field, postgraduate degree in relevant field preferred;
Minimum 12 years of professional experience;
Minimum 06 years of experience with OFC system and ITS design/implementation project related to traffic, road safety and highway operations;
At least 03 years international experience outside the country of the proposed individual's nationality in similar position in similar project;
Must have experience in completion of at least one ITS implementation project;
Familiarity with ITS system architecture and the state of the art in ITS and the market.
