The Programme
The Housing Repair for People's Empowerment (HOPE) Project in Ukraine is an initiative aimed at addressing the housing needs of communities affected by conflict or disaster. The third-party monitoring (TPM) program will monitor the reconstruction of housing units, ensuring that the efforts adhere to World Bank social and environmental guidelines, as well as monitoring the financial management of the reconstruction funds.
The Role
The Monitoring Specialist will lead the technical aspects of the TPM activities, ensuring that data collection, analysis, and reporting are of the highest quality. This person will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data and generating insights from the findings.
