i-APS is seeking local entities, data collection companies and research companies to support an upcoming USAID 10-year IDIQ on third-party monitoring.
Description of the project:
The United States Agency for International Development, Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (USAID BHA) intends to issue a request for proposals entitled USAID Global Learning and Evaluations IDIQ. This is an expected 5–10-year IDIQ covering all of BHA global work in the areas of third-party monitoring and evaluations with an estimated budget of $50million USD.
i-APS intends to apply for the IDIQ and is issuing a call for Local Partner Organizations to join the i-APS bid team. Local Partner Organizations are those with technical expertise in the region in which they are registered/operating in, prior experience with monitoring, learning, evaluation, third-party monitoring, technical expertise and/or data collection capabilities. Local partners include: local entities, data collection companies and research companies.
Role:
Local partner organizations will provide technical and/or operational expertise to assist i-APS in responding to USAID BHA task orders. Task order scopes of work may include data collection, design and conduct research for USAID BHA and hire data collection teams to collect primary data.
Requirements:
This posting is for local partner organizations only. Consultants are encouraged to apply to the i-APS posting for consultant technical experts here. Local organizations must have prior experience conducting third-party monitoring, data collection, evaluations or other monitoring or evaluation of humanitarian programs.
