PROJECT GUELMIM - Under Green Cities Framework 2 – Window II Extension 2

 The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“EBRD” or the “Bank”) is providing a senior loan to Guelmim-Oued Noun Region, a local authority in Morocco, to finance its contribution to two strategic projects aimed at addressing growing water scarcity.

The implementing agency for this Project will be the Regional Agency for the Execution of Projects of Guelmim-Oued Noun Region (Agence Régionale d'Exécution des Projets or “AREP”).

The proposed Project is a “trigger investment” under EBRD Green Cities Framework, formally initiating the Region’s participation in the programme and enabling the start of the development of the Green City Action Plan (“GCAP”).

·       Procurement/Contract Expert with preferably 10 years’ proven experience in procurement, contract management, administrating and planning, with specific experience in the water sector as well as experience of EBRD’s PP&R or other IFI procurement rules;
