Team Leader/Project Manager /Develop and implement a pilot Business Development Services (BDS) program across the selected locations in Somalia

Catégorie 2 (Xp entre 10 et 12 ans)

Master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any other relevant discipline. Proven track record leading the development of business development strategies.

Min. 5 years’ experience in BDS for small scale enterprises Working experience with financial service providers. Working experience with managerial level of MSMEs. Worked in at least at least 3 similar prior assignments as a Team Leader or equivalent.

Sound knowledge about enterprise development interventions Proven ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders, including government officials, industry players, civil society, etc. Excellent analytical, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills. Prior experience in an fragile country context. Previous experience with similar assignments is required.
