Program Manager

Description:
As a Mid-Level Manual/Functional QA, you will play a key role in executing and improving testing processes to ensure software quality. You will work independently on various testing tasks, including creating test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Responsabilities:
Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and scripts.
Identify and track defects through to resolution.
Work with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
Perform regression testing on application releases.

Must Have:
Academic Background: Degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in manual testing.
Understanding of software testing methodologies and approaches.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Fluent in Portuguese.

Nice to Have:
Experience with automation testing frameworks.
Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.


Tools:
• JIRA, Confluence.
• TestRail, Zephyr or other test case management tools.
• Postman, Swagger or other.

Seniority:
Mid-Level (3/6 years of experience)

Languages & Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Location:
Porto or Lisbon

Working Model:
Hybrid (2/3 days at the client office)
