Background and Objective of the Study

DAMRI intends to transform its current bus service operations to “green energy transport” that will allow for sustainable growth with environmental considerations. In line with the national ambitions to decarbonize 100% E-bus operations by 2030. The objective of the consulting services is to provide assistance in developing a business plan and roadmap for DAMRI’s transformation into a green transport provider, with close coordination with and input from DAMRI. 

Experience and Qualification

1. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or other relevant areas and 10 years’ experience in procurement, both for goods and works contracts, in Indonesia. 
2. Must be familiar with Indonesian State Owned Enterprise procurement requirements. 
3. Familiarity with ADB procurement guidelines and principles would be an advantage. Must be fluent in English.
