About the Role 

PROMAN (www.proman.lu), a Luxembourg and Cape Town based international consultancy company specialized in development cooperation, part of the Alinea Group, is urgently seeking to recruit a Senior Evaluation Specialist, who will be involved in both project management and business development with specific focus on our portfolio of evaluations.

Your profile

• Completed university studies (Master) in a related subject
• More than 12 years’ professional experience as evaluation expert in project implementation, project management and business development of/for evaluation assignments of development projects (evaluations of projects and programmes, strategic evaluations) covering a wide variety of sectors, under bilateral and multilateral donor funding (EU, UNICEF, AFD, FCDO, World Bank etc.)
• Proven expertise in leading teams
• C1/C2 level in both English and French
