About the Role

PROMAN is a leading international consulting firm specializing in development cooperation. Established in 1986, PROMAN provides services to international donors, national governments, public institutions, and development partners worldwide. In order to strengthen our team, we are urgently looking for a FWC Acquisition Manager, specialized in EU-funded framework contracts.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in development finance, economics, administration, management, and/or related areas
• Proven experience in business development of international development cooperation projects under EU framework contracts modality

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience with EU/INTPA FWC SIEA 2018/2023 framework contracts
• Experience in business development in one or more of the following thematic areas would be an advantage: environment, biodiversity, water, forestry, food security, agriculture, and nutrition.
• Experience within the OACPS would be an asset

Language Skills

• Bilingual (French/English)
• Knowledge of Spanish would be an added advantage
• The use of any other languages spoken in OACPS member countries would be an asset
