EU Support to FMCIDE for Studies in Support of the 90,000 km Fibre Optic Network & Improved Digital Literacy in Nigeria

We are currently working on a project funded by the SEA to support EU Support to FMCIDE for Studies in Support of the 90,000 km Fibre Optic Network & Improved Digital Literacy in Nigeria under Lot 5 (Science, technology, innovation and digital).  

We are looking for profiles to fill the team:
• The minimum requirements covered by the team of experts as a whole are detailed below:
• Apart from minimum educational qualifications and technical expertise in the subject matter (master’s degrees in law, ICT, economics, public administration, and similar), the team should have experience of similar - large scale ICT rollout projects, including in SSA, and knowledge of the Nigerian regulatory context
