SIMAB -Municipal Markets in Portugal

We are currently working on a project funded by the EIBAS to support SIMAB -Municipal Markets in Portugal under Lot 5 (Urban and Regional Development).  

We are looking for profiles to fill the following positions:

• KE1: Municipal market buildings expert, Team Leader Catategoty I
• KE2: Urban development expert Catategory I
• KE3: Energy efficiency expert Catategory II
• KE4: Urban investments finance expert Catategory II
• Non-Key Experts
• Financial modelling, preparation of feasibility studies and investment plans.
• Municipal market planning, architecture and construction.
• Development of urban sector investments.
• Inclusion of climate change (mitigation and adaptation) features in urban projects.
• Local non-key experts shall be available to complement the profiles of KEs and support the work to be developed under their respective areas of expertise.
• Local non-key experts shall be available to perform field visits, meetings and interviews with relevant stakeholders as required.
