Education/Experience/Language requirements
Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) preferably in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or any other related field.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering , Construction Management, project Management or any other related field with an additional two (2) years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated successful and progressive experience insupporting the enhancement of the function and layout of schools and health facilities from design and planning perspective;
Experience in architectural detailing, layout, optimizing spaces, distributing furniture and medical equipment. according to performance requirements, codes and standards, and manufacturer specifications is required;
Familiarity with donor funded projects implemented in Jordan and working in the UN/ International Organization is preferredimplementation of medium to large project(s) in education/ health development sectors is required.
Experience in using Autocad is required.
Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) is preferred;
Experience in using RIVET is desired
