Business Development Service Expert / Youth Jobs Technical Support to the Youth and Women Entrepreneurship and SME Development Lusophone Compact Facility Project in Guinea Bissau

Catégorie 2 (Xp entre 10 et 12 ans)

This expert should have: 10+ years in business development services. 5 years in incubator/accelerator programs with a focus on business development and personnel coaching. 7 years in managing business development services. Experience in training, developing materials, and running workshops. Knowledge and experience in climate change adaptation. Experience in private sector development and entrepreneurship (asset). Hands-on experience in developing countries, particularly Africa (asset). Experience in organizing public-private dialogues (asset). Specific experience in entrepreneurship or SME development (advantage). Strong report writing and presentation skills. Familiarity with MDBs, international donors, and development activities. Experience in multicultural, multi-stakeholder environments. Master’s degree or higher in economics, development, business administration, climate change, energy, green growth, or related fields. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is an asset.
