The technical assistance will carry out 12 key activities culminating in a proposal related to the curricular harmonization of undergraduate programs in Angola, to be considered by MESCTI (the beneficiary) and other key stakeholders. This mission will be developed in two phases: phase 1 (inception) with 5 activities and phase 2 (development) with 7 activities.
(i) Study of the existing guidelines and policies in Angola related to curricular harmonization;
(ii) Conducting a thorough survey of the work carried out by the eight (8) National Curricular Committees;
(iii) Development of the work plan for phase 2;
(iv) Preparation of the inception report;
(v) Organization of a workshop with the eight (8) National Curricular Committees.
(i) Drafting the preliminary versions of the Curricular Plans for programs in each of the 8 domains;
(ii) Development of a best practices guide;
(iii) Creation of an action plan;
(iv) Organization of four (4) seminars (duration to be determined);
(v) Preparation of the final report for phase 2 (development);
(vi) Organization of a workshop to validate the produced documents; and
(vii) Development of the final versions of the Curricular Plans, Best Practices Guide, Action Plan, and Final Report for phase 2.
