Lawyers for Justice in Libya (LFJL) is a Libyan and international independent non-governmental organisation, committed to achieving justice and respect for human rights in Libya. Position: Consultant to conduct a fundraising strategy review

Purpose and objective
LFJL is currently at a critical point in its development, having grown significantly over the past two years and with projects coming to the end of multiple year grants from states donors. LFJL is now in the need of diversifying its income streams. For this reason, it is looking to hire a consultant to assist in drafting a comprehensive fundraising strategy, aligned with LFJL’s new Strategic Plan, with a focus on securing multi-year funding for all objectives.
The purpose of this assignment is for the consultant to assess LFJL’s fundraising approach in close collaboration with key members of its team (including those responsible for private and institutional fundraising, communications, and management), and to support LFJL in developing a fundraising strategy through concrete recommendations.
