Overview
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Consultant to support our company in developing a structured and efficient HR framework. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can work independently and deliver key HR processes and documentation within a set timeframe.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Draft job descriptions for all current employees and future positions.
• Establish employment contracts for existing staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all roles and create a performance management system.
• Lead employee relations, including onboarding and offoarding processes.
• Provide guidance on organizational structure and workforce planning.
• Develop a Company Manual outlining policies, workplace guidelines, and employee expectations.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally in a consultancy or project-based role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in drafting contracts, job descriptions, and performance management frameworks.
Duration
• Negotiable, based on scope and deliverables.
Location
• Remote or based in Liberia, with possible in-person meetings as needed.
