The Plural Justice Program is the result of a partnership between the National Council of Justice and the United Nations Development Program, which aims to develop strategies and subsidies to strengthen the capacities of the Brazilian Judiciary in the promotion of human rights, protection of socio-environmental rights and strengthening access to justice, with a focus on meeting the needs of structurally vulnerable populations, systematizing the environmental, social and governance foundations of the 2030 Agenda in the Judiciary.
Considering the specificities of different population groups in vulnerable situations, the program includes distinct actions to meet the needs of children and adolescents in shelters, women, LGBTQIA+ people, as well as indigenous populations and other traditional peoples and communities, homeless people, the elderly and people with disabilities (PwD), families of missing persons, as well as those made vulnerable by socio-environmental issues. To achieve these objectives, the program is divided into the following areas of action:
1. Strategy for developing a judicial policy to promote human rights, focusing on ensuring full access to justice;
2. Strategy for improving the provision of justice, focusing on guaranteeing the rights of children and adolescents in sheltered or vulnerable situations;
3. Strategy for improving the provision of justice, focusing on guaranteeing the rights of women and LGBTQIA+ people, through an intersectional approach to gender, race, class and other specific vulnerabilities;
4. Methodology and pilot actions to strengthen the provision of justice in guaranteeing rights and access to justice for homeless people;
5. Methodology and pilot actions to improve the provision of justice in socio-environmental matters;
6. Strategy for improving the performance of the Judiciary in cases related to involuntary and forced disappearances of people;
7. Strategy for improving the provision of justice, focusing on combating racism in the judicial instances, developed and strengthened;

This selection process seeks to hire a Communications Analyst (Coordinator) to work in Brasília.
Duties and responsibilities
The Communications Analyst (Coordinator) will be responsible, under the supervision of the Program's General Coordination, for planning, implementing and supervising the Program's communication and advocacy strategy, ensuring the visibility of its actions and results. The professional will lead the activities of the teams associated with communication, design, layout and editorial production, promoting integration and alignment between the different communication efforts. The selected person is expected to have the ability to engage technically and critically in activities related to the Program's communication strategies and also to have good leadership and teamwork skills, collaborating in the establishment of schedules, monitoring deliveries and deadlines and ensuring the technical quality of the actions carried out by the Program's communication team. In his/her day-to-day work, he/she will perform the following activities, which must be aligned, where applicable, with the CNJ's Communications Advisory Office:
I. Development and implementation of the communication strategy
a. Develop and implement the program's integrated communication strategy, aligned with the institutional objectives and guidelines of the CNJ and UNDP.
b. Define goals, indicators and schedules for internal and external communication actions, ensuring alignment with the program's strategic objectives.
c. Develop specific communication campaigns to disseminate results, promote events and engage target audiences.
II. Supervision and team leadership
a. Supervise and guide the activities of the communications team, promoting integration, efficiency and collaboration.
b. Monitor team performance, offering technical support, continuous feedback and encouraging constant improvement.
III. Production and supervision of institutional materials
a. Coordinate the production and review of technical, institutional and advertising materials, such as reports, bulletins, guides, manuals and content for events and training.
b. Supervise the creation of graphic and digital materials, ensuring alignment with the program's visual identity and institutional standards.
IV. Management of digital channels and social networks
a. Plan and supervise the management of social networks and digital channels, including content production, engagement analysis and creation of digital campaigns.
b. Ensure the updating and maintenance of websites or digital platforms related to the program, ensuring the quality and relevance of the content.
V. Interlocution with the press and institutional relations
a. Coordinate the interlocution with the press, organizing interviews, press releases and coverage of the program's actions.
b. Coordinate with courts, civil society organizations, international organizations and other relevant actors to expand the dissemination of the program's initiatives.
VI. Impact monitoring and reporting
a. Monitor impact indicators of communication actions, producing periodic reports on the results obtained and proposing strategic adjustments when necessary.
b. Monitor the quality, consistency and accessibility of editorial and visual products produced by the program.
VII. Participation and strategic support
a. Participate in the program in meetings and events related to communication, ensuring alignment with institutional guidelines.
b. Supervise the organization of materials and information for presentations, meetings and strategic articulations with institutional partners.
The holder performs other functions within his/her functional profile that he/she considers necessary for the proper functioning of the project.

The person hired will be supervised by the General Coordination of the program.

Skills and Experience Required
Minimum education requirements:
Advanced university degree (Master's degree) in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Social Sciences or related field is a requirement.
University degree (Bachelor's degree) in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Social Sciences or related field, in combination with 2 additional years of qualifying experience will be duly considered in substitution for the Advanced University Degree
Minimum years of relevant professional experience:
Minimum of 2 years (for Master's degree) or 4 years (for Bachelor's degree) of professional experience in communication and/or advocacy activities (implementation of communication strategies, management of digital communication and social networks, production of institutional materials, relations with the press, articulation and action with strategic audiences, organization of events, etc.).
Required skills:
Ability to use information technology;
Knowledge of the office package;
Desired skills, in addition to the skills covered in the Skills section:
• Experience working with partners in the public sector, especially in the Justice System;
• Experience in coordinating, developing and implementing institutional communication strategies;
• Experience in supervising editorial and visual processes, including text review, graphic design and development of technical and institutional publications;

Required languages:
Fluency in Portuguese.
