Master’s degree or equivalent in education, economics, social sciences, or a related field. Minimum 5 to 10 years in roles related to vocational education and training (VET), skills development, or employment integration. Experience in identifying economic opportunities and labor market needs. In-depth knowledge of vocational education and training (VET) systems and employment policies. Proficiency in skills assessment methodologies and sectoral needs analysis. Ability to design training programs aligned with economic opportunities. Evidence of successful contributions to projects or initiatives that improved employability or job placement. Experience in developing strategies to address labor market challenges.
