Job Summary:

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and medical facilities. You will work to achieve sales targets, build and maintain relationships, and ensure the company's products are positioned effectively within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion & Sales:

    • Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
    • Schedule and conduct meetings with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions to introduce and educate about product features, benefits, and usage.
    • Achieve sales targets and performance goals as set by the Sales Manager.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to medical professionals in clinics, hospitals, and other medical institutions.
  • Relationship Building:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns effectively and in a timely manner.
    • Foster partnerships with key decision-makers in medical facilities to promote long-term collaboration.
  • Market Research:

    • Collect and analyze information on competitor products, market trends, and customer feedback to help shape sales strategies.
    • Stay updated on industry news, trends, and regulations affecting the pharmaceutical market.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales, calls, and customer feedback in the company's CRM system.
    • Submit regular sales reports, progress updates, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
    • Provide forecasts of potential sales and market conditions within your assigned territory.
  • Compliance:

    • Ensure all activities are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
    • Stay informed on legal requirements, ethics, and compliance policies relevant to
