Technical Coordinator - METRO

JFA GROUP, through José Ferraz & Associados – Engenharia e Consultoria, S.A., has been awarded a prestigious contract with EMA - Entreprise du Métro d'Alger to provide technical consultancy and supervision services for the new metro extension in Algiers: El Harrach – Bab Ezzouar – Airport (9.7 km and 9 stations).

To strengthen our multidisciplinary technical team, we are seeking highly skilled professionals to join us in Algiers, Algeria, on a full-time expatriate basis. The minimum contract period is 24 months of project execution + 24 months of warranty period.

Technical Coordinator (Electrotechnical or Electromechanical Engineer)

✅ Master’s or Bachelor in Electrotechnical, Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering
✅ Minimum 15 years of experience (Obligatory)
✅ Proven expertise in Metro & Railway projects
✅ Proficiency in CAD, MS Project, and Excel
✅ Strong leadership and team coordination skills
✅ Fluency in French
✅ Expatriate compensation package

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the project execution studies and contractor plans
• Coordinate engineering activities and project planning
• Manage interdisciplinary coordination meetings
• Supervise and approve all technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality and project specifications
