Key Expert No. 2 is expected to spend at least 50% of their time in N'Djamena, Chad.
Qualifications and skills
- A Master’s degree in communication, marketing, fine arts, graphic design, or a related field.
- In the absence of a Master’s degree, a university degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines, supplemented by an additional five (5) years of professional experience beyond the specific experience required below.
- Full proficiency in spoken and written French and a professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). Knowledge of Arabic would be considered an advantage.
General professional experience
- At least seven years of experience in management/creative leadership roles within advertising agencies, marketing departments, or similar fields.
- At least three years of experience managing creative teams.
Specific professional experience
- At least five years of experience in conceptualizing and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and print components.
- Experience leading and delivering at least five communication campaigns, each with a minimum value of €200,000, aimed at promoting public policies using creative solutions tailored to client expectations.
- Experience in EU communication and visibility implementation, including managing the EU’s public image, would be considered an advantage.
- Experience in communication implementation in the Sahel region would be considered an advantage.
