Key Expert No. 2 is expected to spend at least 50% of their time in N'Djamena, Chad.
Qualifications and skills
A Master’s degree in communication, marketing, fine arts, graphic design, or a related field.
In the absence of a Master’s degree, a university degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines, supplemented by an additional five (5) years of professional experience beyond the specific experience required below.
Full proficiency in spoken and written French and a professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). Knowledge of Arabic would be considered an advantage.
General professional experience
At least seven years of experience in management/creative leadership roles within advertising agencies, marketing departments, or similar fields.
At least three years of experience managing creative teams.
Specific professional experience
At least five years of experience in conceptualizing and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and print components.
Experience leading and delivering at least five communication campaigns, each with a minimum value of €200,000, aimed at promoting public policies using creative solutions tailored to client expectations.
Experience in EU communication and visibility implementation, including managing the EU’s public image, would be considered an advantage.
Experience in communication implementation in the Sahel region would be considered an advantage.
