Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international relations, political science, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is an asset.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FWC management, bid preparation, or international development projects.
Strong understanding of EU-funded projects, Framework Contracts (FWCs), and procurement processes.
Experience in expert recruitment and assessment for international development projects.
Proficiency in English and French (C1/C2 level) is required. Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management tools.
Experience in proposal writing, budgeting, and financial negotiations.
