• A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. 
• Ideally, 10 years of hands-on experience in solid waste projects, particularly focusing on landfill operations. 
• Proven expertise in the supervision of FIDIC contracts is essential. 
• A strong preference for candidates with at least 5 years of experience on projects funded by International Financial Institutions (IFI). 
• Proficiency in the local language will stand you in good stead. 

**What You'll Do:**

As our Deputy Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Team Leader while taking the lead during the construction supervision phase. You will guide and mentor the on-site supervision team, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.
