The objective of this consultancy is to design a comprehensive country brand for Belize that promotes tourism, attracts foreign investment, and increases exports to enhance the nation’s global reputation and competitiveness.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education (Copies of certifications or proof of specialized training relevant to the scope of this engagement):
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, communications, or related areas of study.
• Certification in marketing and/or branding is desirable.
Experience (Detailed documentation of relevant projects undertaken, including scope, outcomes, and duration):
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing branding and marketing. A deep understanding of market trends, industry sectors, and investment environments is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, business leaders, or potential investors.
• Experience in Belize or the Caribbean region is highly desirable.
Core and Technical Competencies:
• Experience in designing and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive consumer interest, and foster brand loyalty.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey brand messages effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
