Key Expert 1: Health Services Planner (Category II)

• At least a Bachelor's Degree or an academic equivalent in medicine, public health, epidemiology, statistics, health management or another directly relevant subject (minimum requirement).

• At least 10 years experience in the health sector (minimum requirement)

• At least 5 years of experience in conducting comprehensive healthcare services demand and supply analysis for hospitals (minimum requirement).
• Experience in at least 3 assignment/projects as Team leader/Project Manager with team management responsibilities (minimum requirement).
• Experience in elaborating at least 2 investment prioritization study and/or healthcare investment plan at the regional or national level (minimum requirement).
• Working experience in a health services capacity master plan for a public entity is an asset.
• Experience in elaborating financial modelling and analysis for hospital projects is an asset.

• Working command of English language (CEFR C1) (minimum requirement).
• Working command of Croatian language is an asset.
