Key Expert 2: Hospital Planning Expert (Category II)

• At least a Bachelor's Degree or an academic equivalent in civil engineering or architecture (minimum requirement)

• At least 10 years experience in the health infrastructure sector (minimum requirement)

• Experience in preparing feasibility studies for at least 3 hospital projects (minimum requirement).
• Specific experience in preparing at least one and preferably more of the following documents for hospital projects: functional plans, schedule of accommodation, conceptual design, medical equipment and cost estimates (asset)

• Working command of English language (CEFR C1) (minimum requirement)
