Educated to degree level and with professional qualifications in business, economics, law, or engineering.
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years of relevant infrastructure sector experience, preferably in non-fare revenue potential assessment
must have advised and led at least 3 non-fare revenue potential assessment studies for urban transport projects, advising either the government or the private sector
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders, such as the government, the private sector, industry organizations, and civil society organizations
