Sustainable Energy Specialist-Technical Assistance to Assess Fisheries Value Chains and Sustainable Energy Solutions

Job description

  • Evaluate energy costs and sustainable energy interventions in fisheries value chains.
  • Assess renewable energy technologies, policies, and financing mechanisms.
  • Support alignment with regional energy frameworks such as CARICOM Energy Policy, C-SERMS, and SIDS DOCK.

Qualifications

  • At least five (05) years of experience in sustainable energy.
  • In-depth knowledge of Caribbean energy policy frameworks.
  • Minimum of three (03) assignments evaluating energy costs in fisheries value chains.
  • Experience assessing renewable energy technologies, policies, and financing.
  • Experience working in the Caribbean is required.
  • Degree in Energy Management, Engineering, or a related field.
